The terms and conditions remains the same for each of our services. Each service will be as per the details described in the proposal and any kind of variation or change to the services must be agreed by us in writing.
The service would commence from the START DATE and continue until the FINISH DATE unless the contract is terminated by either us or the client as per the terms of this Agreement. For an ongoing contract, the service would commence from the START DATE and continue until terminated by either us or the client with proper notification in writing or unless the contract is terminated due to the violation of the terms of agreement.
The Services shall be carried out at the place of work of the Consultant or the Client or any other location that the Consultant deems appropriate. Dates given for the delivery of Services are estimates only and not guaranteed. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Agreement and the Consultant shall not be held liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery.
The price for Services is as specified in the Proposal and is inclusive off [VAT and] any other charges as outlined in the Proposal. The terms for payment will be as per specified in the Proposal/Contract.
Except information that may personally identify you, any material you transmit or post to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Company shall have no obligations with respect to such material.
